Eligibility:
- No active backlog at the time of assessment and joining
- Successful completion of full–time degree within the stipulated time frame
Assessment 1 – Technical MCQ and Written English Test (WET) – Cognitive Assessment
- Technical assessment consists of data structures, algorithms, fundamentals of database, cloud, and networking. For roles specific to your streams technical assessment would comprise of stream specific topics.
- Written English Test (WET) is an assessment which includes essay writing on a given topic.
- Cognitive Assessment includes a game-based approach to assess various competencies like logical thinking, decision making, problem solving to name a few. An additional module -Adept Essentials-has been included which is a behavioral insight module designed to provide critical traits analysis.
Candidate assessment clearance depends on the scores of each module. Each round will be a mandatory, elimination round.
Assessment 2 – Coding Assessment
- The Coding Assessment Module includes questions or scenarios for coding with options only in C, C++ and Java languages. Candidate can choose the language of choice for coding from the mentioned three options.
- Coding / Level 2 Technical assessment is a mandatory round and will be applicable for students eligible for higher package roles. Eligibility will be a combination of the student’s performance in their academics and Capgemini Exceller assessments.
